Starting this topic for the purpose of discussing the constitution for the organisation.
To become incorporated, we need to put together a constitution which basically binds us. A lot of the websites out there refer to it as a set of rules, and to be honest a lot of the “templates” are horrible. I think there is room for us to be creative and to capture the essence of what we have started and yet still satisfy the legal requirements.
